Option 3: On the Client’s Server (On-Premise)

Warranty and Support
Warranty
- Warranty – 12 months for fixing defects in the delivered software.
- Partonic – Lifetime critical security updates of the framework.
- Development model – We guarantee the possibility of further system development at any time (daily rate or phased pricing).
Available Support Packages
- Standard – support on business days (office hours). Included by default in the monthly maintenance and administration fee.
- Full – 24/7 support (for critical systems).
- Creative – 24/7 support + Micro-Development Package (minor changes, new simple data fields, and consultations included in the package price).
Intellectual Property
Your Application – You receive full ownership of the code and the ability to freely explore your data (excluding the right to resell the software as your own product).
Engine (Partonic) – We operate under a “Code Availability” license model, meaning full access to the code. The Client receives the right to lifetime use of the framework together with the product, with the ability to review the code and modify it for their own needs*.
Database – In the cloud model, the Oracle license is included in the maintenance price (unless the Client decides otherwise).
* Note: Independent modification of the framework core disables automatic updates but does not exclude support under individually agreed conditions.
